1. Who we are

This website, hrplace.ai, is operated by Nitco Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (“we”, “us”), the provider of the HRPLACE platform, of Unit 27-5, Level 27, Q Sentral, Jalan Stesen Sentral 2, Kuala Lumpur Sentral, 50470 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. For privacy questions contact reach@hrplace.ai or +603 2276 3999.

2. Scope

This policy covers personal data we collect through this website and from prospective customers who contact us. It does not cover employee data that our customers process inside the HRPLACE platform. In that case the customer (the employer) is the data user and we act as its data processor under our agreement with them. Employees with questions about their own data should contact their employer's HR team.

3. Personal data we collect

Demo request details: your name, company, job details, work email, phone number, country, company size and any message you send.
Correspondence: emails, calls and meeting notes with our team.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device and pages visited, collected through standard server logs and, where used, analytics tools.

Providing your details is voluntary, but we cannot respond to a demo request without your name, email and company.

4. Why we use your data

To respond to your enquiry, schedule and deliver a demo and provide quotations.
To communicate with you about HRPLACE products, services and updates. You can opt out at any time.
To keep our website secure, prevent abuse and improve its performance.
To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

5. Disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose it to: our staff and affiliates who need it to serve you; service providers who host our website, send email or provide analytics, under confidentiality obligations; professional advisers; and authorities where required by law. Some providers may be located outside Malaysia. Where we transfer data abroad we do so in line with the PDPA and take steps to ensure appropriate protection.

6. Cookies

This website uses only the cookies and similar technologies strictly necessary for it to work. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics in future, we will ask for your consent first. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect personal data. We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it. In the event of a personal data breach we will act as required by the PDPA.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, and correction of, your personal data, ask us to limit its processing, or withdraw your consent to marketing, by writing to reach@hrplace.ai. We may need to verify your identity and may charge a reasonable fee permitted by law.

9. Third-party links

This website links to other sites and app stores, including the HRPLACE login portal and support portal. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its date.

Nitco Solutions Sdn. Bhd. mengendalikan laman web hrplace.ai dan platform HRPLACE. Notis ini dikeluarkan mengikut Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 (“APDP”).

Data peribadi yang kami kumpul: nama, syarikat, jawatan, e-mel kerja, nombor telefon, negara, saiz syarikat dan mesej anda apabila anda membuat permohonan demo, serta data teknikal seperti alamat IP dan jenis pelayar.

Tujuan: menjawab pertanyaan dan menyediakan demo serta sebut harga; berkomunikasi tentang produk dan perkhidmatan HRPLACE (anda boleh menarik diri pada bila-bila masa); menjaga keselamatan laman web; dan mematuhi keperluan undang-undang.

Pendedahan: Kami tidak menjual data peribadi. Data boleh didedahkan kepada kakitangan dan syarikat gabungan kami, pembekal perkhidmatan (pengehosan, e-mel, analitik), penasihat profesional dan pihak berkuasa jika dikehendaki oleh undang-undang. Sebarang pemindahan ke luar Malaysia dilakukan mengikut APDP.

Data pekerja: Data pekerja yang diproses dalam platform HRPLACE dikawal oleh majikan pelanggan (pengguna data); kami bertindak sebagai pemproses data.

Sekiranya terdapat percanggahan antara versi Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia, versi Bahasa Inggeris akan diguna pakai.
