These terms govern your use of this website. Use of the HRPLACE platform itself is governed by the subscription agreement signed with Nitco Solutions Sdn. Bhd.

1. Acceptance

By accessing hrplace.ai (the “Website”), operated by Nitco Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (“Nitco”, “we”), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Website content

The Website provides general information about HRPLACE. Features, modules, pricing and availability are indicative, may change without notice and are confirmed only in a written quotation or agreement. Illustrations, dashboards and figures shown on the Website are examples for demonstration and do not represent real customer data.

3. Pricing

Prices shown are in Malaysian Ringgit per employee per month, exclude applicable taxes and are subject to the plan, volume, term and scope confirmed in our quotation. Implementation, customisation, integrations and optional add-ons are quoted separately.

4. Intellectual property

HRPLACE, the HRPLACE logo, the Website design, text, graphics and software are owned by or licensed to Nitco and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your internal evaluation but may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Website, including attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, scraping at scale, interfering with its operation, or submitting false or misleading information through our forms.

6. Demo requests

Submitting a demo request does not create a contract. We will contact you to discuss your requirements. Any services are provided only under a separate written agreement.

7. Third-party sites and services

The Website links to third-party services such as app stores, the HRPLACE login portal and support portal. Those services are subject to their own terms and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

8. Disclaimer

The Website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. Statutory rates, rules and forms change; the Website is not legal, tax or compliance advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nitco is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or loss of profit or data, arising from your use of the Website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms and the Website at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction.
